Coming from 60 year old organically farmed Marsannay vineyards, this is not your text book Rose. Bone dry, this lovely refreshing wine is actually aged in barrel giving it a unique body, yet retaining its crisp freshness. The strawberry nose and bright acidity make it perfect for summer sipping on the deck, or at a picnic to accompany an assortment of food. Unlike many Roses, this one can be aged a couple of years if you like. Try with a cold pasta salad with smoke salmon.
