This medium-bodied organic red is from the Côtes de Thongue, a promising subregion of the Languedoc, where AOCs are designated from the Coteaux du Languedoc. This area is sure to receive AOC status in the near future, as the quality of wines here continues to improve. This blend varies year to year, and each varietal is fermented individually and then blended to make a well-structured, balanced wine with loads of red berries, tobacco, and graphite. Smooth tannins with good acid make this a nice summertime quaffer and a perfect barbecue accompaniment. Certified organic.

Interesting wine... Had with steak, benefits from air- even good after being open for a day.
