From the Chehalem Mountains AVA,  this is a soft and elegant style of Oregon Pinot Noir. A little bit of tar and some earthiness give it complexity and style. Subtle fruit and good acid make it a great food wine.  It will pair perfectly with wild mushroom risotto.
