This cru Beaujolais has fragrant herbal notes on the nose, an abundance of black sweet fruit on the palate, and firm acidity. This domaine practices all organic, and some biodynamic methods on 80 year old Gamay vines. These aromatic, low-in-tannin reds (due to their thinner skins) are a great match for a wide variety of foods. Everything from chicken to cured meats...Or, even better with a cheese platter made up of French Cheeses.
