This biodynamic wine comes from the Columbia Gorge Appellation, which is located in both Oregon and Washington State. Dominio IV's Three Sleeps “estate” vineyard, which lies on the Oregon side, produces the Tempranillo that goes into this rich, robust, and full-bodied wine. It’s loaded with dark fruit and firm tannins, so enjoy with red meat off the barbecue, or hold on to it awhile and enjoy in the winter with hardy stews.
