Colchagua Valley in Chile comes this organic & biodynamic winery led by winemaker Alvaro Espinoza. Big, bold lush, and ripe, this red is a blend of a of 34% Syrah, 12% Cabernet, 31% Merlot, 17% Carmenere, and 3% Malbec 3% Mouvedre. It is dense, concentrated and full bodied, bursting with sweet blackcurrant fruit, and a touch of tar. Try with braised beef.

I heard about this winery when Prince Charles toured the estate last year. I was glad to be able to try it but I prefer the smaller wineries you guys have been getting; Coyam is a little too big of a production.
