This certified biodynamic red blend comes from Pic Saint-Loup, a sub-region within the Coteaux du Languedoc that’s hailed by experts as the Languedoc’s top red wine producer.   It is a combination of Syrah and Oillade varietals; have you heard of Oillade before?  Winemaker Christophe Beau’s red blend this year is a bit richer and more full bodied than past vintages, with loads of gushing berry and lingering spice. Slightly rustic, as before, but in general a rich, berry-fruit mouthful. This wine will pair well with game, grilled or roasted meats, pates, sausages, and salami.
